Useful Tips
- Uplift your property with colour. Is your front door or your
garage doors the same colour they were three years ago? Are
they builder’s beige or white? If the
door has scuff marks and general wear and tear
give it a coat of paint.

For a cottage feel, add a decorative wreath with soft pastel
coloured flowers, and consider co-ordinating accessories such
as a quaint watering can for the front step or porch along
with a cheerful welcome mat.
- If there is enough space for a casual seating arrangement
on the porch, add a few toss cushions to make the setting
appealing and comfortable.
